My Weekend

Last Saturday morning, Snah, Ezra and I went out to Kuching first, to do our wedding vest. It’s a traditional vest wore by either Bidayuh, Kayan or Iban, depends on the pattern and the design. For this one, it will be covered with beads because the orang ulu trade mark is beads. Well, i hope it fits me alright. Then we went to the city center to search for the wedding invitation cards and we found a shop which gave us good price. Went back home but stop at D’light for lunch. I was at home for the whole afternoon. Brought parents out for dinner at the chinese restaurent at king center. It was quite expensive and it would be my 1st and last though. Anyway, we ordered Sea cucumber soup, mango chicken, pork leg with bread, steam tilapia with garlic and finally fruit which total up to RM98.00. After dinner we went home and had an early sleep for the churh service on sunday.

Sunday- Oh gawd… we had a power trip for 10 minutes during the praise song. I think it was my 1st expereince it happen here but it reminded me of my 1st day service in FGA Penang. The same thing happen. But the black out affect the whole island of Penang due to the broken cable at the bridge. It was a massive black out at that time. So they use only acoustic guitar for the praise and worship. To me, (as i can remember), i was not affected by it at all, instead i was very happy to meet new people from the uni and also from indonesia and the local themselves. They really speak fluent BM. Oh, yea, that was our 1st time meetnig late Ps. Esther
