Snah and I went to the Doulos ship immediately after work. Compare to last time, now the ship disembarked very near to Kuching City. It’s only a 15 minutes drive from home to the port and the parking place were many and it was so convenience for local whom have their own transportation but to the tourists, too bad they have to get help from the taxi driver to send them futher into the port. Pic below- Snah is walking up the staircase. I  was quite nervous at that time since my ankle is still hurt… But slowly i managed to climb up to the top..

Anyway back to the ship. This is the 3rd time Doulos visited Kuching, i guess. I ever visited Doulos when it reached Penang in Nov 1997. I was in my 2nd year doing my bachelor degree in Tronoh, Perak. So hearing that it was in Penang during one wekend, my friends and I took a 2 hours ride on a bus trip there. It was fun though..

The pics: From L to R, Jusmijo, Isrom, Aidan, Me, Zam and his wife Alan.

As what i heard, this would be the last round for Doulos after a 99 years of service. I don’t know what comes next but i know it would be bigger and better. So below is the list of book i bought.

1. The Ezekiel Option by Joel C Rosenberg

2. Facing Terror by Mc Donnal

3. Prosecution by Limbaugh

4. The Last Disciple – Hanegraaff Brouwer (Author of Left Behind)

5. The Gospel According to Science Fiction – McKee

6. Days to Remember by Morris

7. Great American Rail Journey by John Great.

8. A CD entiteled Sunday Morning Service live recording at Consolidates Baptist Church in Lexington, KY.

Oh ya, the ice cream was not nice compare to the previous trip.. heck i dont know why…
